Policies and Frequently Asked Questions


If you have any questions about the policies below or need further clarification, please contact us directly.
 

  1. A hunting license is not required for whitetail deer, mule deer, or elk hunts.
     

  2. A 50% percent non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Payment methods accepted: major credit cards (3% processing fee), check, or cash.
     

  3. All hunters must test their weapon of choice at our shooting range with a guide before the hunt begins.
     

  4. Additional hunts for whitetail, elk, or mule deer may be available at current rates upon arrival—please inquire.
     

  5. Transportation of your harvest to a USDA-inspected processing facility is included.
     

  6. Transportation to a local taxidermist is available upon request.
     

  7. Game processing and taxidermy fees are not included in the package price.
     

  8. Wounded animals are considered harvested. Every effort will be made to locate wounded game.
     

  9. Non-hunter guest fee: $200 per night, including meals.
     

  10. Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport. Rental cars are available at nearby airports.
     

  11. Down payments can be made by check, cashier’s check, money order, or credit card. Please contact us to arrange payment.
     

  12. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations do not qualify for "next season" credits or refunds for any reason.
     

  13. To cancel, please contact us by phone, text, or email. No refunds will be provided.
     

  14. Deposits for no-shows are not transferable to other hunters.
     

  15. Gratuity for guides and cooks is not included. Standard gratuity is 10-20 percent of the total hunt cost, paid individually or as a group.
     

  16. Alcohol is not included in the package.
     

  17. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
     

  18. Any sign of impairment will result in the hunt being stopped for the day.
     

  19. All hunters must sign a waiver before starting the hunt.
     

  20. Our facilities are handicapped-accessible for hunters with special needs.
