A hunting license is not required for whitetail deer, mule deer, or elk hunts.

A 50% percent non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Payment methods accepted: major credit cards (3% processing fee), cashier's check, or cash.

All hunters must test their weapon of choice at our shooting range with a guide before the hunt begins.

Additional hunts for whitetail, elk, or mule deer may be added at time of hunt at current rates.

Transportation of your harvest to a state-inspected processing facility is included. See number 7.

Transportation to a local taxidermist is available upon request. See number 7.

Game processing and taxidermy fees are not included in the package price.

Wounded animals are considered harvested. Every effort will be made to locate wounded game.

Non-hunter guest fee: $200 per night with meals included.

Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport. Rental cars are available at nearby airports.

Down payments can be made by check, cashier’s check, money order, or credit card. Please contact us to arrange payment.

Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations do not qualify for "next season" credits or refunds for any reason.

To cancel, please contact us by phone, text, or email. No refunds will be provided.

Deposits for no-shows are not transferable to other hunters.

Gratuity for guides and cooks is not included. If you feel they did a good job, please tip them.

Alcohol is not included in the package.

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

Any sign of impairment will result in the hunt being stopped for the day.

All hunters must sign a waiver before starting the hunt.

Our facilities are handicapped-accessible.

Transportation to or from Sandy Oaks Lodge is not provided.

OUR GUARANTEE
As any hunter understands, a hunt cannot be guaranteed, but at Sandy Oaks Lodge, the opportunity to harvest a trophy elk or deer is almost certain.
We promise an exceptional experience with the chance to pursue trophy animals in a stunning North Dakota setting.
In the rare event you do not harvest an elk or deer, the hunt package fee will still apply for your stay and the services provided. For irretrievably wounded animals, the full price of the hunt will be charged.
